We are a family owned and operated wholesale apparel company based out of Georgetown, Texas. Each week we manufacture and ship hundreds of shirts and hats directly to boutiques and stores all across the country.
Our primary methods of decoration are DTF (direct-to-film), DTG direct-to-garment), sublimation, and embroidery (Screen printing coming soon!), all of which you will be able to gain experience in.

Summary
This position uses the heat press machine to apply printed transfers to garments as well as curing DTG and screenprinting inks. Careful reading skills and attention to detail are essential in this position.
This position will report directly to the owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize heat press machine to adhere DTF(direct-to-film) transfers, sublimation, and curing DTG(direct-to-garment) prints.
- Receiving , organizing, and pulling blank stock for orders
- Packaging and preparing packages to be shipped
- Offer feedback and suggestions on how processes can be improved
Abilities Required
- Experience with general warehouse order fulfillment duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Concentration and focus to ensure that the correct transfers get applied to the right garments
- Consistency is of utmost importance; the transfers have to be positioned correctly on the garments
- Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with co-workers
- Be comfortable on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Preferred
- Experience working in a print shop environment
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platform
- Experience with operating an embroidery machine
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues you may encounter

- Consistently showing up on time
- Maintaining 99% accuracy on orders
- Maintaining at least 25 transfers per hour
- Hitting mutually agreed upon daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
