We are a boutique IT and cybersecurity provider serving Architecture, Engineering, Commercial Construction (AEC) firms and Manufacturing companies in Central Texas. We help growing businesses reduce downtime, improve operational efficiency, and protect critical business data.
Internship Overview (Training-Focused):
This is a learning-focused internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to B2B marketing, CRM systems, and campaign strategy in a real-world environment.
Interns will receive guided training, mentorship, and structured learning experiences that mirror practical marketing workflows, while developing foundational skills in CRM organization, campaign planning, and business communication.
This internship is intended to benefit the intern through skill development and practical exposure. It is not a substitute for a paid marketing role.
What You’ll Learn & Practice:
CRM & Systems Exposure
- Learn how CRM systems (GoHighLevel) are structured and used in business environments
- Observe how pipelines, workflows, and automations are built and maintained
- Practice organizing sample data and structuring CRM records in a guided environment
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Learn the fundamentals of targeted B2B marketing campaigns (Dream 100 approach)
- Assist in researching companies and industries (AEC & manufacturing)
- Participate in planning exercises for outreach campaigns
Marketing & Copywriting Practice
- Practice writing sample cold emails, follow-ups, and messaging
- Draft marketing content for learning purposes (email, LinkedIn, direct mail concepts)
- Receive feedback and coaching to improve clarity and effectiveness
Funnel & Campaign Concepts
- Learn how marketing funnels and landing pages are structured
- Assist in outlining simple campaign flows and user journeys
- Observe how campaigns are reviewed and refined over time
How This Internship Works (12-Week Structure):
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3): Foundation & Training
- Introduction to target industries (AEC & manufacturing)
- Overview of CRM systems and marketing workflows
- Guided exercises in research and campaign structure
Phase 2 (Weeks 4–8): Guided Practice
- Participate in campaign planning exercises
- Draft outreach messaging with feedback
- Observe campaign setup and workflow structure
Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12): Skill Development
- Refine messaging and campaign ideas based on feedback
- Contribute to a sample project, such as a mock campaign or marketing asset
- Present learnings and completed work at the end of the internship
What Success Looks Like:
- You understand how CRM systems support marketing and sales
- You can write clear and structured outreach messaging
- You’ve completed practice projects demonstrating campaign concepts
- You’ve gained exposure to how marketing efforts connect to business operations

Compensation & Commitment:
- Unpaid internship (training-focused)
- 20–25 hours per week
- Duration limited to 12 weeks
Academic Credit (Optional):
This internship may be eligible for academic credit depending on your institution. We are happy to coordinate with your school if needed.
