E&S Home Care Solutions is hiring dedicated and compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across the 77070 area and nearby communities, including Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Louetta, and Willowbrook.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in home care or a healthcare environment who are committed to delivering attentive and respectful care. Reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential qualities for this role.

Due to ongoing client referrals, approved candidates will remain active in our system and may be contacted on a regular basis for new assignments. We are looking for caregivers who are responsive and maintain open communication when opportunities arise.

Work Schedule:

Caregivers typically begin with part-time assignments to ensure a good match with clients and team expectations. As you demonstrate consistency and strong performance, you may become eligible for additional hours and long-term opportunities. Those who show reliability and effective communication often receive priority for new cases.

Key Duties:

  • Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility and help with safe transfers when needed
  • Prepare meals following client care guidelines
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Perform basic household tasks to maintain a clean environment
  • Observe and communicate any changes in the client’s condition

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of verified caregiving or healthcare experience
  • Dependable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel within 15–20 minutes of the 77070 area
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Good communication skills and reliability in responding to calls/messages

As part of our hiring process, we conduct a criminal background screening. This is a standard requirement to protect client safety and ensure compliance with state regulations. Applicants with prior convictions are evaluated individually. A previous conviction does not automatically disqualify you from consideration. However, if a conviction is directly related to the duties of the position and exclusion is necessary for legitimate business reasons, it may impact eligibility.
