Front Desk Associate
What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in members and guests
- Educate guests on contrast therapy and our membership options
- Help convert new visitors into members through genuine, consultative conversations
- Keep suites clean and studio standards high between sessions
- Handle opening/closing duties and day-to-day studio operations
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for health and wellness
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Previous experience in sales, front desk, spa, gym, retail, or hospitality is a plus — but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
