About the Role
Start your career in tech on a team that invests in you. This entry-level Growth role is designed for new grads who want to build real business skills fast-communication, confidence, research, and relationship‑building-through structured coaching and daily practice.
This is an in‑office role in Richardson, TX (no remote option). We’ve intentionally built it this way so you can learn faster through live coaching, shadowing, and real-time feedback.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify organizations that could benefit from our technology
- Reach out to the right people through phone outreach (daily), email, and LinkedIn
- Start conversations by asking thoughtful questions and understanding needs
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for senior team members
- Keep accurate notes and next steps in our CRM

- How to write clear outreach messages and communicate value professionally
- How to run discovery-style conversations (curiosity-first, not pushy)
- How to use modern tools (CRM, outreach sequences, call coaching)
- How to improve quickly through feedback, role plays, and coaching
Training & Support (You Won’t Be Thrown In)
- Structured onboarding with shadowing and talk tracks
- Call coaching, short role plays, and weekly feedback
- Clear expectations focused on consistency and improvement

You’ll spend a meaningful part of your day reaching out to professionals by phone and email. Some people won’t respond-that’s normal. Success comes from consistency, curiosity, and improving week over week with coaching.
Compensation
$20/hour + quarterly bonuses (details shared during the interview process).
