Upper School Assistant Football Coach
San Marcos Academy, a private Christian school located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Football Coaches for our TAPPS high school football program. The ideal candidates will have strong commitment and the capabilities to mentor, disciple, and develop young student-athletes on and off the field. This is a stipend position.

Position Details:
- Coaching responsibilities include daily practices from 4:00 to 6:00pm, weekdays, game days, and some weekend duties.
- Assist in all aspects of the SMA baseball program
- Must be willing to drive (transport players) to and from away games (if necessary)
- Model and mentor Student athletes in Christian character and sportsmanship

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:
- A committed Christian who is passionate about shaping athletes' lives
- Experience in coaching/playing football at the HS level
- Follow the leadership and duties required by the Head Coach
- A positive role model who teaches teamwork, leadership, and personal growth
- An effective communicator to all players and families
- Knowledge of SMA’s mission, vision, and core values
