Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job description

Start your career in Technology Sales at Fusion Connect. The Business Development Representative (also called Sales Development Representative) plays a key role in creating net new opportunities and pipeline for Fusion Connect's sales organization.

 

The primary responsibility of the position is making cold calls to set appointments for our sales team. We use a sophisticated tech stack to automate much of the work - your work starts when the prospect picks up the phone. It is hard work cold calling but there are very good performance-based incentives on top of a good base pay, and we have a development program that allows top performing BDRs to advance into an Inside Sales or Account Executive role.

The job is fully remote (so you can live & work practically anywhere) but we use tools like Microsoft Teams to keep connected throughout the week.
