Role Overview
We’re looking for someone to help manage and improve the systems that support our online bookings and marketing. This role involves working with Shopify, email automation, and basic integrations across tools.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Shopify products, checkout, and integrations
     
  • Set up and maintain email automations connected to Shopify
     
  • Build and maintain workflow automations using Zapier
     
  • Troubleshoot automation or data sync issues
     
  • Document work and send weekly reports

     

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience working with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
     
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp preferred)
     
  • Exposure to automation or integration tools such as Zapier
     
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
     
  • Organized and detail-oriented
