We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to help us grow a powerful online presence for a brand and festival rooted in women’s empowerment, self-love, community, and expression.

This isn’t just about going viral.
This is about creating content that makes women feel seen, inspired, connected, and proud to be part of what we’re building.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Live on Instagram first, TikTok second
  • Are deeply tapped into trends, sounds, formats, and internet culture
  • Understand content that resonates with women, community, and empowerment
  • Have strong visual taste and know how to capture energy, not just footage
  • Are proactive — you notice moments and turn them into content without waiting to be told
  • Can match a brand vibe while bringing fresh, original ideas
  • Care about representation, storytelling, and meaningful messaging
  • Want to help us not just follow trends… but start conversations and movements of our own

What you’ll be doing:

  • Filming and editing Reels + TikToks (events, behind-the-scenes, community moments, founder energy, etc.)
  • Turning real-life festival and brand moments into scroll-stopping content
  • Spotting trends we can jump on fast — and pitching original ideas that feel aligned
  • Creating empowering, relatable, and shareable content for women
  • Helping grow engagement, reach, and an online community that feels like a sisterhood

Must be confident with:

  • Using CapCut or fast mobile editing workflows
  • Directing others
  • Understanding hooks, retention, and storytelling
  • High-energy environments, and capturing authentic moments
     

We want someone who feels excited about building something bigger than just a feed — a platform that celebrates women and brings them together.
