Model Home Reception Associate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to serve as the first point of contact for visitors to our model home. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming environment, and providing helpful information in a polished setting.
Schedule:
Mondays & Tuesdays
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (changes to 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM beginning March 9)
Key Responsibilities:
- Open the model home promptly at 10:00 AM and close it at 6:00 PM (changing to 7:00 PM beginning March 9)
- Greet all visitors to the model home in a warm and professional manner
- Have prospective buyers complete a registration card
- Notify the Sales Consultant when visitors have questions or need additional assistance
- Distribute floor plans, price lists, maps, and other requested materials
- Work independently and responsibly on-site, ensuring the model home is properly managed throughout the shift
