RealClean Aircraft Detailing – Central Texas
Austin & San Antonio | Part-Time (15–25 hrs/week)

About the Role

RealClean Aircraft Detailing is launching in Central Texas, and we're hiring part-time team members to support our Lead Aircraft Detailer with detailing private aircraft. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours now, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position within the first few months as our client base expands.

No aviation experience required — just reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your work.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with exterior and interior aircraft cleaning and detailing
  • Perform tasks such as washing, wiping, vacuuming, polishing, and supporting corrosion prevention steps
  • Set up, organize, and break down equipment for each job
  • Follow aviation safety protocols around aircraft and on airport ramps
  • Work closely with the Lead Detailer and maintain clear communication
  • Help keep the work vehicle and supplies organized

Schedule

  • Part-time to start: 15–25 hours/week
  • Hours may fluctuate based on flight schedules and weather
  • Some early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required
  • Strong potential to move to full-time (35–40 hours/week) as business grows

Pay & Benefits

  • $22/hr starting (DOE)
  • Overtime opportunities as workload increases

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable doing hands-on tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working both outdoors and indoors
  • Valid driver's license; able to pass airport ramp access/security requirements
  • Bonus: Experience in detailing, janitorial work, auto care, or aviation—but not required
