Job Responsibilities:
Are you interested in working in a growing organization? We are looking for candidates to do the following in our department team in location:
- What you will do:
- Assist in creating and distributing dealer updates, and campaign materials.
- Help manage dealer contact lists and track engagement metrics.
- Help plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and incentives targeting dealers and customers.
- Draft copy for emails, social posts, or digital ads under supervision.
- Track KPIs such as dealer participation rates, lead generation, and campaign conversions.
- Compile weekly or monthly performance summaries for leadership review.
- Support planning of dealer webinars, product launches, and promotional events.
- Manage logistics such as invites, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
- Gather insights on dealer marketing trends and competitor programs.
- Present findings and recommendations to enhance dealer engagement strategies.
Project(s):
You will have the opportunity to lead a project that consists of dealer engagement and customer resource management tools.
Dealer Engagement Toolkit for Embedded Insurance Campaigns
Project Objective:
To enhance dealer participation and effectiveness in promoting Stellantis Insurance and F&I product offerings through a targeted marketing and communication toolkit.
Project Overview:
The intern will assist the marketing and insurance teams in developing a dealer-facing engagement toolkit designed to help dealership staff understand, promote, and deliver insurance leads seamlessly at the point of sale. The toolkit will include updated messaging, campaign assets, and simple process guides.
Deliverables:
- A Dealer Engagement Toolkit (PDF or digital package).
- A comprehensive marketing plan launched within the Salesforce CRM platform.
- A summary report with findings, dealer feedback, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing or Business
- Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA (out of a 4.0-point scale)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Interns will have opportunities to prepare and facilitate presentations and communicate with operational leaders
- Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Austin, TX; Houston, TX
