Eye Level Lakeline Mission:

Eye Level is a global organization with systematic individualized learning strategy helping students master every learning concept with one on one coaching and a small step approach. Our mission is to provide effective supplemental education services with a highly specialized curriculum for all students in our community. We provide supplemental education for Pre-K to Early High School students. We have evening and weekend classes, enrichment program, school break program, reinforcement program and summer camp.

Eye Level Lakeline is seeking an individual with a strong ability to coach/mentor/instruct elementary school students (K-10) in English and Math. We are looking for Instructor 

·       This position is perfect for candidates seeking a part-time year-round position helping kids succeed in their academics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic coaching (motivate and encourage) to students according to the center policy.
  • Manage and maintain the course work notes for each student.
  • Grade your students work and track the inventory.
  • Plan with Eye Level curriculum and manage students' folders. All teaching materials and Eye Level curriculum will be provided. 
  • Discuss with the Center Director regarding students’ progress and help with center administration.
  •  Manage students and give feedback back to parents.
  • Close the sale by explaining the programs to potential parents

Qualifications and Skills

·       Must have good problem-solving skills and be able to work with Elementary and Middle School Students.

·       Individual tutoring or teaching experience at school or learning center is preferred.

·       Candidate who has patience, enthusiasm, and passion to work with children is preferred.

Operation Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday  4 pm to 7 pm  and Saturday 10 am to 12 pm

Job type: Part-Time Salary:  $14 to $16 per hour
