Residential and Vacation Rental Cleaner
Mariposa Cleaning & Property Services, LLC based in Wimberley is forming a group of part-time, contracted staff to accept residential cleaning jobs according to their schedule and availability.
- Basic residential cleaning only - we don’t do deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans or hoarding/eviction cleans, ever!
- Paid training
- We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment
- Clear checklist of what is expected at each job
- Starting pay $16.50/hour
- 3-hour job minimum, 5-hour maximum
- Work one 3-hour shift/week to remain active in the group, up to 20 hours/week
- Jobs start at 9:00am or 1:00pm, Monday - Friday
- You will work independently for most jobs but you could be paired with another cleaner for large jobs
- Referral bonuses if you bring on new staff
- MUST have reliable transportation - most of our clients are in Wimberley
- You keep tips, and many of our clients tip well
- Additional opportunities helping clean and prepare AirBnBs on weekends
