Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, personable Direct Sales Representative who thrives on outreach and closing deals. This role begins as commission-only (part-time), with the ability to evolve into a full-time role based on individual and company performance.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily outbound reach-outs (calls, texts, emails)
- Identify, connect with, qualify, and track new sales leads
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Serve as the voice of Driven DynamiX for prospects and customers
- Communicate order status and production updates internally and externally
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline discipline (HubSpot, Aircall)
- Apply consultative selling techniques and overcome objections
- Collaborate on marketing and promotional efforts
Who You Are
- 1+ years of proven sales experience meeting or exceeding quotas
- Energetic, proactive, competitive self-starter
- Excellent communicator across phone, text, and email
- Organized and process-driven, able to manage CRM and follow-up cadence
- Technically capable of explaining complex products and the product value
- Experience in and passion for automotive/motorsport/luxury/technology sales is a plus
- Motivated by commission and performance-driven compensation
- No degree required — we hire for drive, integrity, and results
