Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
- Evaluate gathered information, identify and reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract general understanding from low-level information, and distinguish wants from true needs
- Create and revise analysis artifacts and deliverables as needed such as gap analysis, business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, business rules, business process models, test cases, and user stories
- Collaborate on quality assurance, integration, and acceptance testing
Requirements
- We seek students who are majoring in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Mathematics and are currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program at a university in the United States; undergrads must be in junior or senior standing
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Available to complete a consecutive, onsite 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2026
- Process-driven analysis skills and background in various requirement discovery methods
- Understand technical jargon and possess the ability to communicate it in informal language
Program Timeline
- Applications Accepted: September 2–December 31, 2025 at 5:00 pm PST
- Interviews: Students selected for phone interviews will be notified by email on a rolling basis October 2025 – January 31, 2026
- Internship: 12 weeks beginning in late May or June
