Fall 2025 Network Cable Installer & Network Technicians Assistant

The student must be able to:

Carry up to 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, use hand tools (screwdriver, drill, hammer, etc.), use power tools (will train), work in confined spaces, work in the outdoor elements, operate a state vehicle (MUST have a Texas Driver's License), be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Employee evaluation process: Employee IT Support calls, chats, and emails are evaluated by the supervisor monthly.

Pay rate determination: All students employees begin at the starting pay rate and may have an increase after two long semesters(Fall and Spring) of employment with a positive evaluation from their supervisor.
