Legal Tech Intern

Position Overview:
This internship offers hands-on experience in legal technology and IT support within a professional law firm environment. The intern will work closely with our tech support team to assist with software setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of tools used by attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of legal software platforms
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support to staff
  • Help manage digital case files and ensure data integrity
  • Support software updates, integrations, and testing
  • Document processes and create user guides for internal use
  • Collaborate with the tech support lead on special projects

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred)
  • Basic understanding of software systems and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with legal software (e.g., Clio, proton) is a plus but not required
