What You’ll Do 

 

From day one, you’ll be solving real challenges, contributing fresh ideas, and collaborating with diverse teams. You’ll:

• Analyze complex problems and propose strategic solutions 

• Adapt to dynamic environments with a learner mindset 

• Deliver results while building strong relationships across Shell 

• Work on meaningful projects that impact the future of energy

 Program Tracks

 Explore opportunities across multiple disciplines: 

• Commercial 

• Technical 

• Trading & Supply 

• Functions: Information Digital Technologies, Contracting & Procurement, Finance 

 

Salary Range: $74,000 – $138,000

 (Varies by degree level and discipline – from Bachelor’s to PhD)

Eligibility

 To qualify for the Shell Graduate Programme, you must:

 

 • Be in your final year of study or have less than 3 years of relevant work experience 

• Have graduated before your first day at Shell 

• Hold a minimum GPA of 3.20 • Upload your most recent transcript with your application 

• Be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or have valid work authorization 

(Note: Sponsorship may be available for PhD/Master’s candidates in technical disciplines)
