Track & Field Student Manager | Fall25 Work Study

Texas State University Track and Field program is searching for Managers to assist with the  season's needs. Applicants must have experience in sports, preferably with a strong respect and knowledge of track and field. This is a great opportunity for those interested in coaching, sports management, or working with athletes in general. Managers will work closely with the coaching staff and Director of Operations.

Manager job requirements:

-ability to lift and carry 50lbs

-knowledge of Microsoft word and excel

-strong communication skills

-available during afternoon practice times (1-5pm) and some availability during morning

-available to travel Thursday- Sunday during the Spring semester*

-ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

-comfortable working with diverse populations

-ability to sit or stand for long hours in varying weather conditions

-assist with set-up of practice

-assist coaches and Director of Operations with varying tasks

Employee Eval Process: Monitor Daily

Payrate Determination: $7.25 - $10 depending on experience & work performance
