Field Marketing Representative/Brand Ambassador (part-time)

What you’ll do: 

As a BeneFIT Brands/ProSupps Field Rep you will be the face of the brand at various local-level events, including key strategic partner events, opportunistic samplings, and retail engagements. In this role, you will largely be responsible for the sampling efforts of the Field Sales & Marketing team.  You will engage with gym owners, store managers, first responders and a variety of potential customers, so positivity and high energy is a must!

Please note: This is a reoccurring position that will be used as needed for events or retail demos in your location or region. 

Retail Engagements: 

● Perform gym demos to support various product lines and in coordination with current demo guidelines. 

● Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, and drive in-store sales. 

● Represent ProSupps HYDE products with a strong understanding of nutrition and key functions and benefits of ingredients. 

● Maintain relationships with existing sales accounts through POS placement and store 

merchandising and other retail activations. 

Marketing Events: 

● Support marketing events relevant to the brand and to the region

● Participate in strategic execution of sampling initiatives 

● Build & Maintain Relationships with store management and other personnel 

● Amplify ProSupps initiatives through personal network and social media support 

● Engage and educate consumers through sampling 

Required Experience: 

● A background in customer service, marketing, sales or promotions. 

● An energetic and entrepreneurial spirit. 

● Understanding of what it takes to execute a successful event.

You have… 

● 1 year of relevant experience in events, promotions, media or consumer products marketing. 

● The ability and willingness to transport company supplies in personal vehicles when needed. 

● The ability to positively engage the public, representing the brand in a highly positive manner. 

● An understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals. 

● A deep-rooted understanding of the relevant marketing and surrounding area. 

● Ability to work collaboratively. 

● Access to a personal smartphone for photo capturing, and social media posts. 

● The ability to lift heavy items including tents, tables, and boxes up to 35 lbs. 

● The ability to be in contact with and handle food/beverage products. 

Bonus: 

● A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
