ROUND ROCK CAMPUS - School of Nursing Student Worker

We  are seeking a Work Study student (non-nursing major) to provide clerical and lab support in the School of Nursing at the Round Rock Campus. The candidate should be available to work at least 10-15 hours per week  for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters.

Office Duties Include:

  • Filing/shredding
  • Data entry
  • Scanning and copying
  • Mail and deliveries
  • Inventory management
  • Labeling
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide support to the team in the Director's Suite, if needed

Lab Duties Include:

  • Supply inventory
  • Lab setup and teardown
  • Cleaning of learning spaces and equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be dependable
  • Understanding of FERPA and the importance of maintaining confidentiality

Compensation: Hourly rate is negotiable (up to $15/hour), pending work study allotment.

Direct Supervisor: Carin Suitt, Sim Lab Manager

Employee evaluation process: Work performance evaluations will be conducted by the direct supervisor at the end of each semester.
