Data & Compliance Reporting Intern

Who We’re Looking For

We have an exciting internship opportunity for a college student to support and assist the Compliance team at Levine Builders. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Data & Compliance Reporting Intern to support our compliance, reporting, and payroll tracking functions. The ideal candidate must be an Excel power user who can create dynamic reports from large datasets, troubleshoot complex formulas, and build in worksheet proofing for accuracy. This role will also require the use of Power BI and knowledge of CSV data integration.

This is a part-time role with flexibility, ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, proactively identify problems, and deliver solutions without extensive oversight.

 

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and improve dynamic Excel reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data validation tools.
  • Extract and summarize relevant information from large datasets and raw data exports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Excel formula and logic errors; build in checks and balances to ensure data integrity.
  • Import CSV data into Power BI to develop clear, interactive dashboards for monthly and quarterly compliance reporting.
  • Review certified payroll reports and daily sign ins for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter and reconcile payroll data in LCPtracker, and export/import data between LCPtracker and eComply systems.
  • Support ongoing data management needs related to compliance tracking and labor reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with team members while operating independently to meet deadlines and reporting goals.
  • Hours:  20+ hours per week
